AR-15 Cerakote
Receiver sets and their parts, taken down to components first. The distressed 1776 flag set above also has laser engraving on it — engraving can go on the same job.
Bolt-action and precision rifles
Solid earth tones, camo and scale patterns. The coating series gets matched to how the rifle is used, and suppressors get a series built for heat.
Shotguns and carbines
Receivers, barrels and stocks — including different finishes on different parts, like the burnt bronze receiver with a camo stock above.

How a job actually runs
The process
Step 1
Disassemble
Down to components, so coverage is even and nothing gets coated that should move freely.
Step 2
Degrease
Every part goes through solvent to strip oil and residue. Coating over oil is how a finish fails in a year.
Step 3
Media blast
Blasted to a uniform profile. This is what the coating actually keys into — skip it and it peels.
Step 4
Spray
Airbrushed in thin, even passes. Patterns and multi-color work get masked and layered by hand.
Step 5
Bake & cure
Oven cured at temperature so the ceramic cross-links properly and reaches full hardness.

Had Tanner paint a couple frames for a 34 build and a 19 build so the shade of the color would match the slides. Quick turnaround and competitive pricing. Would recommend.
